I can confirm this person is indeed a Warner employee. It would be nice if they could frequent often enough to help people, but looking at least once hopefully they can fix some of their issues people are having (if not individual people, at least overall).

If someone wants to pick a good starting point, I'll split this thread off, or someone can start a new one, maybe explaining issues that are happening and the like since alot of the posts at the beginning of this thread are no longer valid/etc.

I'm still waiting on my 2001 & A Clockwork Orange (BD) to ship, but I've yet to watch the other Kubricks. Good to see some of these are trickling out of their fulfillment center.

I'll continue to wait as I'm in no hurry, but when I am, I hope these kinks are completely worked out by then.

I would not order anything that you want to give as a gift as you will probably receive it in Feb. I have gotten all of my Kubrick HD DVD's. I am still waiting for the Best of HD DVD set I ordered back in mid Sept.

I'm still waiting on them as well. I just checked my order status, however, and noticed my order for the Wire season 4 was cancelled. I never requested any cancellation, and it was fine last week. In fact I ordered it in September, and it was fine for months. None of my other outstanding orders seem to be affected.

Not sure what to make of it, or what I should do, if anything. I mean I've gotten other cancelled orders from them, maybe I'll still get them shipped out. Who knows? Anyone have a similar problem?

From what I can remember from three or so months ago, I think they have now sent me all of my items except for The Omega Man and the BladeRunner HD set, which I don't think is out yet.

Finally got my last HD DVD. Good riddance Warner Store!

I'm never gonna get Troy or Eyes Wide Shut. I ordered it in September!

My August order of Smallville S6 on HD DVD was cancelled for no reason (according to the order status), and I never received any notice. So I just bought it from DD during the 20% off sale (and saved a few bucks.) There's no rhyme or reason to the Warner Bros store.

Looks like my Best of HD DVD vol 3 box was cancelled. WTF, no notice or anything. Website still shows it available for order. Dropped them a nasty e-mail for all the good it'll do me. I'm done with them.

Well, that just negated everything. Hell, I just canceled an order several days and Buy.com refused to honor my cancellation or ignored it altogether. They shipped the crap today.

Still waiting for my Kubrick DVD Collection, pre-ordered way back on August 5th. The beauty of this is I've now moved from St. Louis, MO. USA to Vienna Austria and have got my parents waiting to send it on to me (if and?) when it arrives. Looks like I'm not even going to have this for Christmas.

Also waiting for the $10 coupon for my order placed during the 8/8-9/4 period.
