How would they ring it up though? when I picked some up on tuesday they rang up on sale by themselves. I tried this wednesday and they rang up full price and the cashier called someone else over and they took them back to the csc and someone told them about the list. I believe most stores now printed the list out because of the glitch. I don't think putting in the 02 code would even allow them to go through as BOGO.

This is EXTREMELY YMMV.
I spent an hour at a CC in the Portland, OR area, and most of the CSR's said "it's only on BD" but then a more intelligent gal said, "No, I just rang the HD DVDs up a few days ago on Tuesday." Anyway, after going back and forth with the manager, and the nice girl was honest and said, "Well, maybe it was over..." I got the B1G1. I grabbed 8 HD DVDs but it was looked through. Managed to get Transformers at least in the bunch.
This is NOT in their system. The deal is very YMMV, and you have to luck out that the person working the day you're in there, has done it before.
I would imagine it was just for the Tuesday or up until Tuesday.
I almost think it was an error, and they included both HD formats, because I asked if this was still valid until this Sunday, I got an affirmative "NO". I only got the HD DVDs I did because for one, the nice girl working remembered doing it before and said as much (which maybe she shouldn't have but then they began to honor it at that point), two, the manager said go ahead she was adamant the discount was valid--but then at the POS computer screen, it said different.
I actually paid $12.99 for $24.99 titles because the person doing the discount didn't calculate 50% off properly. And I wasn't going to bitch over a $4.00 difference.
My guess is, it's over. I mean, I was rather late and I just happened to get curious passing a CC today, and it was luck that the girl working knew what I was talking about. She won't do it again, because I'm pretty sure she now realized it didn't come up in the system, and whatever the "sale" was, is over.

maybe but i looked over there and i dont see anyone saying any such thing.
so link to it so it can be seen.
the previous topic on this, over there was closed.
besides, what does me being pompous or anything else have to do with it.
if there was a post over there saying this worked today, link to it.

1) Ebay it
2) Give it as a Christmas gift
3) Return it to WM or Suncoast or FYE for store credit
4) Wait until after Christmas, when BB accepts gift returns

As is the trade forum. I have never used the trade forum before, although I surely have a lot I could trade. But I never know what I'm looking for since I seem to buy everything!
By the way, my list was not meant to be by order of preferance. I try to avoid Ebay as best as possible. But if you have no local stores to utilize, then it is a viable option...
