Are we even sure about that? Not one copy has ever surfaced and been verified (besides one guy on AVS who claimed to have 3 yet no one else ever saw them).

In essence, they already have with 21 titles that are still not on Blu-ray. Hopefully this means new releases (like Harry Potter for example). Catalog titles won't matter.

Because if WB did not show up at the Blu-ray conference I'm sure Blu-ray.com would explode. I'm not too worried about HD DVD switching sides due to the fact P/DW is not in the HD DVD camp.

Even the DigitalBits, which should be renamed 'We love Blu-ray', concurs with the OP. Toshiba is in talks to give Wal-Mart a large sum of money, same with WB.
