And.... I've finished the game. 10 hours and 34 minutes.

That was amazing. Lots of lore info dumps and links back to the very beginning... Finally learn whats up with Ethan's unusual body and why...

Not a fan of the boss fight with Heisenberg battlebots style... Just wasn't fun like the rest of the battles.

Finally learned why Chris shot Mia at the start... although I had kind of already...

Holy crap... Just got to the part where the giant lady completely cuts Ethan's hand off.... and he somehow reattaches it with the alcohol or whatever that clear liquid is suppose to be? WTF......

It's a lot different to past RE's imo. Definitely leans more supernatural with the lycans and women turning into flies? considering past titles dealt with bio-weapons, zombies, and parasitic...

There's really no need to still be sour a year later over how short RE3 Remake was or to learn people play games faster than you do, so why so salty still?... But I'll let you know my final playtime...

Seems average play time is around 10 hours for the first playthrough.

According to reviews, PS5 averages around 45 FPS unless you put it into Performance Mode which turns off raytracing and lowers other quality settings.

Yes. Previously it was pretty much just a HD "remaster" of the original. This time it's a full on remake from scratch.

Seems like all the info leaked months ago was actually true about RE8.

Not sure what I think about it...

Werewolves, yet another redesign for Chris Redfield, and RE7's MC makes a return.
