HMV is a store much the same as Virgin, Tower Records, etc. They generally don't have great prices but every now and again come up with good deals. I remember they did HKLs for 10 quid a while back....

I ordered several discs from CD-Wow while I lived in London. All came within 5 days (excluding pre-orders). I recently moved to NYC and continue to order from them. Most discs come within 4 days...
