The Rock Criterion - Slipcase/sleeve

Does anyone know if the Rock Criterion DVD came in a slipcase/sleeve? They now come in the double clamshell cases, but I seem to recall it had different packaging before..

Does anyone know if the dvds purchased online have a UPC sticker on the shrinkwrap like the instore dvds do? I'm sure no one here wants to cut the actual UPC from the dvd to get the rebates.

Circuit City has $5 off if you buy both volumes. There is also supposed to be a coupon on Vol 2 for $5 if you buy both volumes. Is CC referring to this coupon to get $5, or would you possibly get...
