If you're a big fan of the movies then you'll like the collection. The commentary on the first one is very good the commentary on the 7th one is good as well. The transfers are great as well.

I was just wondering if there is a DVD release in Japan for F13.

The VHS is uncut and contains loads more stuff than american version.

And is it Region 0 or Region Free?

Great Movie, Great DVD! I really enjoyed how they had the backstories on all the ghosts (it's not a text it's live!) The commentary isn't really all that good though.
