Service has got so bad for me that most DVD's are in shipping status for 2 days before they ship. I have complained to neflix but to no avail

The netflix service has gotten from bad to worst and now they send me this stupid email in regards a DVD I send back.
Note the patronizing inuendoes. For the record ,I have never lost a DVD...
