Correct me if I'm wrong, but doesn't BMG limit how often you can become a member? 12 DVDs for the price of one would be great, but how about if you can only do it once a year?

I got the 2-disk set sent to me a while back and the replacement worked fine for me, so try back again. You may have just had a bad Customer Service person.
