Concerning the B&W . . .

Me and a friend were arguing about this scene; was it shot this way for fear of the MPAA or was it just a style that Tarantino wanted to use in the movie.

I'm another person that believes Requiem For A Dream to be the most depressing and bleakest movie I've ever seen. Still, I own the dvd and consider it to be one of the best movies of 2000.
