The more I think about this the more I am leaning to get a PS3 and a router. Less hassle and the unknown factor is reduced. So can someone recommend a router?

The converter box has an audio port ......i'd have to use my computer speakers. I dunno if this is going to work to well..... -screwy-

No HDMI port on my computer. Will be trying a VGA-HDMI converter box and run that to the HDTV. VGA connects my monitor to the computer.

Roku is not available in Canada until April. I'm sure there will be some bugs to iron out when it does. Grapefruit league starts next week.

Yes that is an option. MLB.TV is not available on Canadian Roku until April.

So its going to cost me like $300 just to get to the point of getting MLB.TV to my HDTV. Thats before the subscription fee. $250 for the PS3 and another $50 or so for the router.

I am looking for the best way to get MLB.TV from my computer to my HDTV, Drexl. My TV does not have an internet connection.

Thanks excom101. So i'll assume the PS3 connects to my computer via an ethernet connection and then from the PS3 to the HDTV via an HDMI cable? My HDTV does not have an internet connection so would...

On the MLB.com website it lists devices such as PS3, Xbox360, Ruko etc like you need one of them to subscribe to MLB. Dont know how else to put it, Decker.
