I had to download the Early Enlister pack from the PS store to get the weapons. Not sure what you do on XBox.

The LMG's are inaccurate for the first 4 or 5 shots but if you hold down the trigger they get laser beam accurate. I was trying to burst fire them at the beginning and couldn't hit anything, but...
