I believe the cheaper one is blu ray only, where the other is also DVD/Digital Copy. 5 Discs vs 7 Discs. Corresponds to Amazon listings.

I left an email at the site and phoned their customer service and was directed to voice mail and inquired about the status of the item. Lo and behold, the customer service rep left a message on my home phone explaining that it was back ordered and left her name for further inquiries.

I don't know if they will fulfill the order, but I was impressed that they got back to me within a day to personally answer my inquiry.

Yeah, on my order is says backordered. Of course, it's not too easy to see this.

Still no word on this order. I won't mind if the order gets cancelled, I just don't want to get charged for a set I'm not going to get. They're making nomorerack look good by comparison.

Multiple emails no response over the past week. File a dispute with PayPal and miraculously they email me back and cancel my order and refund my payment.
