How your order is shipped would depend on what you ordered. Larger items (over 70lbs) should go by truck. Smaller items would go by UPS or USPS, depending on what it is and how much the item costs....

I would imagine it would have to be by name and email. If it was by address, it could cause problems in homes with roommates and borders, ect..... I am not positive on this, perhaps they don't care...
