<ul>Rules<br>
<li> The object of the game is to out-think everyone by picking answers to questions that are the most common (<FONT style="BACKGROUND-COLOR: #F9DF00">Sheep</font>) or least common (<FONT style="BACKGROUND-COLOR: #A3D867">Reverse Sheep</font>), but still correct. <li> Example <FONT style="BACKGROUND-COLOR: #F9DF00">Sheep</font> question: "Name a notable US Metropolitan statistical area." A good answer would be Los Angeles-Long
Beach-Santa Ana, CA
and a bad answer might be Hickory-Lenoir-Morganton, NC. <li> Example <FONT style="BACKGROUND-COLOR: #A3D867">Reverse Sheep</font> question: "Name a current monarch." Queen Elizabeth might be a bad answer, but King Mswati III of Swaziland might be a good answer.
<li> Sheep scores are counted as negative numbers. Reverse sheep scores are counted as positive numbers. The lowest score wins.
<li> The answers to each question are tallied up. Wrong answers in Reverse Sheep are scored two points above the most common answer. This penalty is multiplied by the Lightning Round Multiplier. There is no penalty for wrong answers on Sheep questions.
<li> Certain rounds are considered Lightning Rounds (designated by a multiplier, such as ×2). In these rounds, scores are adjusted by the <u>number on the multiplier</u>. A wrong answer still gets a +4 penalty in a ×2 round and a +6 penalty in a ×3 round, and so on.
<li> You may not cheat by using Google, Wikipedia, etc. Use only what's in your head, and no you can't email me and ask me to Google it for you!
<li> Please send in your answers to me via PM. Place only one answer per line, without numbers or the question itself. Those who do not do this will be penalized 10 points right off the bat.
<li> I made an Excel spreadsheet for those who want to use it.</a>
<li> If there are any questions, controversy, bickering, etc. regarding Reverse Sheep answers, there will be no voting on them. :p Seriously, some of the bickering is fun but in certain games it really takes the fun out, so I purposely chose questions that aren't really up for debate.
<li> Sheep questions are marked by an <FONT style="BACKGROUND-COLOR: #F9DF00">S:</font>, Reverse Sheep questions are marked by an <FONT style="BACKGROUND-COLOR: #A3D867">R:</font>.
<li>Unique Bonus!:
Spoiler:
None. Too bad.
</ul>

<ol><u>The Questions</u><br>
My questions are set up a bit different from previous games. Rather than just a question, they are more like fill-in-the-blanks, but not at all like Match Game. Not at all...
I literally chose these questions at random out of the 50 or so that I came up with.

Good Luck!
<hr>

We have a few games going on right now, so I will leave this open until Trek and Sports 3 have finished. Don't worry there won't be a cap on the number of players, either. Who would do that? ;)

Great questions. Looking forward to playing.

Is #17 supposed to be a sheep or reverse? It has S but is highlighted <FONT style="BACKGROUND-COLOR: #A3D867">Green</font>.

The theme of my game will be internet memes. Each 'question' will be said by a particular notable internet personality.

I'm going to add to #13 the rule that handhelds aren't allowed in case anyone wasn't clear. It doesn't affect anyone's answers that have been submitted so far, but change if you would like.

There are a lot of questions in here that I know nothing about, but I'll play. My ignorant answers should amuse a lot of people around here.

Welcome to the club. I'm the guy who thought "U-571" was a character in Toy Story and that Bruce Lee was a member of the Wu-Tang Clan.

Actually two people gave the Bruce Lee answer.

Sheep questions don't have to be "correct". You just want to not answer stupidly if you want points.

Yup. The only time it really makes sense to answer incorrectly is if you don't think other people will not answer correctly either. For example, if you think no one else knows a real Nobel laureate.

In. This one should be pretty interesting. Too bad for me as a few sheeps questions I only had 1 or 2 answers.

UGH! Just looked up one of my answers (Reverse) - was off by a year. There goes one.

I agree. I was going through a list in my head and had to go to like #4 or 5 before I got a "right" answer.

You should have put Batman Begins. That way you would have at least matched with Groucho.

Re: Everything Sheep Round 1 - Presented by Google!

It hasn't affected anyone's answers yet, but I figured I would add a clarification to the Video Game Console question. If it can play by itself, it is a console. If you need to connect it to another console to make it play, it is an add-on. I figured I would get that in there so there's no argument about it.

Rockmjd23 07-10-09 05:54 PM

Re: Everything Sheep Round 1 - Presented by Google!

I've also decided to add right now as the cut-off time for dead celeb threads. It also doesn't affect any submitted answers, but I figured that it wouldn't be fair to people who answered already for random new threads to start up.

TracerBullet, I am making a spreadsheet now. I should have it up soon.

Edit: Half-assed spreadsheet is up.
