It tells you how utterly forgettable Warren Burger was.

Don't know who Wood or Posner are. Other two would be better. What about Wapner?

Re: Politics Sheep: 4th Term

Here are some unique answers:

Batchelder
wendersfan may know her, but nobody else does

Judge Joe Brown
Thor Simpson

Hamilton
orangecrush18

Hawkins
funkpie

Illston
gmanca

Jacobs
Mordred

Lefkow
Scrumtrulescent

gmanca, Mordred, and Scrumtrulescent had to google for those. How'd that work out, guys?

Re: Politics Sheep: 4th Term

I went with the "carbon blob" choice in this question. Will this be the "Monopoly" question of Politics Sheep?

Isn't Wapner dead - not that it matters.

Diane Wood was on Obama's short list for Souter's vacancy.

Re: Politics Sheep: 4th Term

I think I remember wenders mentioning that he knew Batchelder during the O'Connor vacancy. She got some consideration for that vacancy. I would have preferred her to Alito.

Judge Wapner is still alive and will be turning 90 (!) this year.

Re: Politics Sheep: 4th Term

Here are some more uniques:

Michel
Lunatikk

Owens
chowderhead

Kagan
Nick Danger

Not only is Kagan unique, it is wrong -- her nomination was killed in committee by the Republicans, who never gave her a hearing when presidnet Clinton nominated her to the bench. She's currently serving as Solicitor General and is always on the short list for any appellate appointment ... but she's not a judge.

Reinhold
Merkin Muffley gets credit for the most clever answer. Unfortunately, there are no bonus points for that.

Sotomayor
Flashback

No. Just ... no. Read the question, man!

Wood
wishbone

That's all the uniques. If your name wasn't listed above, you think like at least one other player!

There should be a penalty for incorrect Sheep answers.
