I love the first three Dictators albums. Great NYC rock n roll.

He was just diagnosed with ALS a few weeks ago. He didn't last long.

Re: RIP Ross The Boss

I've only recently begun listening to The Dictators, mostly because just over a year ago I saw Dick Manitoba open up a show, and he was fantastic. Bitter old man, but entertaining. He did tell about one of the other bandmates who now has dementia, and that was sad to hear.

But the story I enjoyed most was when he said "I told my kid, 'Hey, AC/DC once opened up for your old man.' He couldn't give less of a fuck."

He had a stop at the local club in Joliet back in 2020, but it happened to be on Super Bowl Sunday of all days so I passed on it.

Saw the Dictators supporting the Damned a year or two ago in Chicago. Great show.
