I just came across this on YouTube. I guess I wasn't expecting anything new from Stevie at this point in her career. Definitely not a slick music video. I don't know if this is a one off or she has another new album coming out soon, but I was really impressed this song. She looks and sounds fantastic!

I came across this on YouTube over the weekend. I didn't even make it a minute into the song as it didn't sound like her one bit. I know her voice has changed over the years. Gave it a second shot and it does sound more like her as the song goes on.

Not a fan of the song at all.
Her voice is horrible in the 2 quieter parts of the song. It's obviously done by choice as she sounds normal during the louder parts.
Even if I liked the parts of the song with her voice being normal (which did nothing for me), her voice in the other parts would've just ruined the whole song for me anyways.

Agree that the intro sounds nothing like her, but stuck with it because I knew she would start belting it out like she normally does. I also knew her voice wasn’t shot. I just saw a recent live clip and she was as strong as ever. And FWIW, I did not like her singing on the quieter parts. Guessing she just wanted to change it up a bit. But it didn’t work for me.
