This was hard for my ravaged brain. Especially galling to have to sub a local, short-lived band here and there (but bands that did tour nationally and released albums).
As God is my witness, maybe more will come to me and I can update. I don't go out to see live music much anymore, but this makes me want to, Apologies for the formatting.

Loving the responses. Limiting it to one means as mentioned you go for weirdest or most famous. My one for both is Michael Jackson. Cork Ireland 88 I think.
