I'll check it out. My ticket is main floor GA though, so I don't know what I'd do with a vinyl record out there, unless I can grab something on my way out the door.

Brand new from The Beat featuring Ranking Roger. Pure pop song craftsmanship--I love it when older artists come back with solid new tunes.

Sage's (and B. Dolan's) best music video yet. I really like ... no ... love. It's love. There I said it. I'm totally gay for these two.

This my jam right now. Never (knowingly) listened to Bon Iver's first album.

Still my favorite Aesop Rock track ten years later, and worth posting for Halloween.

Dan, that Carpenter Brut clip you posted had a nostalgic Tangerine Dream/Jan Hammer vibe.
Love the Inception soundtrack. Here's a live Inception suite (Half-Remembered Dream/Mombassa/Dream Is Collapsing/Time) with Hans Zimmer himself on both guitar & keyboards...along with the great Johnny Marr as guest soloist. Nice to see a composer rockin' out along with full string complement.
Another live performance of "Dream is Collapsing" with full orchestra, including horn section. Love the intensity of the performers (including the looks they give fellow symphony members...check out the guy at around 3:50 mark & the violinists afterward) and the joy they seem to have in performing such pieces.

They were ministering with music before the dwelling place of the tabernacle of meeting, until Solomon had built the house of the Lord in Jerusalem, and they served in their office according to their order. I Chronicles 6:32
