I'm guessing they possibly wanted to include a medley that had Fuck The Police in it, and the organizers said no to that particular song, considering the current political landscape & recent events.
They still would have been allowed to cuss or whatever they wanted, I'm just guessing, the Hall didn't want the anti-cop song performed at their event.
