Re: Meg Myers
Hate that hair man. Ugh.
Looking forward to the next album. I listen to the previous three all the time.
I think she said that she lives and records in Nashville, right? My job's home office is in Nashville and I have been having to go up there more often lately. Does she ever play at clubs or bars around there or does she just stick to the normal tour announcements and dates?

Re: Meg Myers
Just came across this video of Meg playing "Masters of War" by Bob Dylan on a webcam in 2008, a handful of years before the first EP.

Hello Universe-
I am back!!!!!!! And I can finally answer that often asked question, “When is your new album coming out?” It is with so much pride and joy, that I announce my brand new album, “Take Me To The Disco”, will be released on July 20th on 300 Entertainment.
It brings tears to my eyes to write this note as it has been the most amazing journey since the release of “Sorry”, almost 3 years ago. Time has flown by fast in some ways, it does seem just like yesterday that I was releasing my debut album. In other ways, it has been a slow process. I started this album in June of 2016. I wrote over 50 songs, recorded in some form 30 or more of those.
I have never been as proud of anything in my entire life. This album means everything to me. This 3 year period has been one of major growth for me. With growth of course, there are always ups and downs. This album documents that journey for me to get to today. It was not easy, but I am stronger than ever and so excited to share these songs with you. This journey was made a lot easier knowing I had the most amazing fans in the world!
I wouldn’t be here without all of you, so in order to connect with you all more as we lead into the release I thought doing a pre-order through Pledge made the most sense. Here you will be able to pre-order the album (along with tons of other fun merch packages) and I’ll be checking in every so often to share some behind the scene stuff from the making of the album and updates on all things happening as we lead into the release. All pre-orders will also get an instant download of the first single ‘NUMB’!
Most exciting of all…the first 250 pre-orders will be entered into a contest to WIN a pre-paid listening party for you and up to 20 friends to hear the entire album before release! We will provide pizza for the party and cover basic expenses. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate all of your support over the years. This album has been a long journey and I look forward to the next few months leading up to the release of this album and sharing the journey with you all.
All for now. See you soon
Love,
Meg

Re: Meg Myers
Amazon has the digital album/songs, but I don't see a listing for the vinyl.
EDIT - I just saw the Pledge Music listing and they have a variety of options. If anything, Amazon will at least get the standard black LP version.
