I've never watched a single episode of "Glee" but this news might change that. This sounds like it could be pretty awesome.

‘Glee’ will do a Joy Division-themed episode

With all-Madonna and all-Lady Gaga episodes under its belt, it was only a matter of time before Glee tackled something even more ambitious: but Joy Division?

Show creator Ryan Murphy told Entertainment Tonight that Glee will be doing a Joy Division-themed episode in its upcoming third season. The 80s New Wave band has its cult of admirers, but is an interesting choice for the award winning show.

Said Murphy, "Our audience may not be that aware of Joy Division, but their influence on popular music cannot be underestimated." Murphy hopes the show will turn younger viewers on to Joy Division's music which he says "was way ahead of its time."

Although Murphy and his staff are still deciding on which songs will be performed by the cast, he said that "Love Will Tear Us Apart" and "She's Lost Control" will definitely be included.

I wouldn't loathe 4/1 so much if the jokes/gags were actually funny.

I've never seen it but to not even know what it is and actually having internet access seems almost impossible.
