To me, favorite song is different than what most people are answering, which is their favorite single recording. To me, a favorite song would mean the song itself, separate or distinct from the performance. Say, "My Funny Valentine" or "Somewhere Over the Rainbow." These are songs I love to hear anyone do well, played on nearly any instrument, with nearly any arrangement. But I don't really have a favorite song; the two songs I mentioned are simply two songs I really love. I'm also quite fond of "All the Things You Are", "I've Got You Under My Skin", and "What Is This Thing Called Love?"

Interesting. The Grammy definition of "Song of the Year", instead of their definition of "Record of the Year". I could see that.

In that case, I'd go with Someone To Watch Over Me or In My Life.
