Anyone familiar with Kill Hannah?
I just picked up Kill Hannah - Here Are The Young Moderns CD from a used CD/DVD store for $1.45. Apparently this was a self-release from Sept 1, 1998. Anyone know how many of these were produced? I cannot imagine it was more then 10-20k.
I have been getting lucky with CDs from this place. I picked up a Los Lonely Boys CD that was self-released by them while they were touring from texas to nashville. Great quality.
I have yet to spin the Kill Hannah CD.

Yes, my girlfriend and I are huge fans. They have 3 properly recorded/released albums with the most recent being 2009's "Wake up the Sleepers". I wouldn't judge that self-released album until you've listened to the debut and the follow up.
Why "Lips Like Morphine" didn't become a modern rock staple and explode this band onto the charts, I'll never know...
Incidentally, they were touring the East Coast last year with Papa Roach and Morningwood when their van, parked at a Motel 6, was burglarized and all the equipment stolen. Bummer.

They've been around for what seems like forever. They're not really my thing, but they're not bad.
From about 1996 - 2001 they were always hyped up as being the next "big thing" to come out of Chicago (especially as the Smashing Pumpkins winded down / deteriorated in the late 90's).
Obviously, they've yet to get really big, but you can't knock them for trying.

Yea, I also forget to mention that I have the For Never & Ever CD which is rather good. I was just wondering how rare this CD was. Seems pretty low production by the looks of it.
