Except for the small difference that Shakira writes her lyrics, composes her music and produces her albums. Other than that, she's a talentless hack known only for her appearance.

The video is outstanding. The song? The verses sound okay, probably because I can actually hear Shakira in there and I actually like the way her voice sounds. But the chorus is silly and too "generic pop" vocally. I'm also not sure I like the electronic sound for her, as it loses that Latin tinge that I liked about her previous hits.

But she is still gorgeous without doubt.

I watched the clip. Only afterwords did I realize that I forgot to turn on the audio. Didn't matter.

I'd say both "Pies Diescalzos" and "Donde Estan Los Ladrones" were two of the best Spanish-language pop/rock albums of the 90s. Shakira lost something when she went blonde and became a "crossover sensation", but before that she was a seriously talented artist and songwriter.


And she's so hot, I'd eat the corn from her poop.
