I don't now about the rest of you but when I go to a concert named the "No More Tours Tour" and then find a few years later he is still touring...well....seems like SOMEONE needs more $$$. Surprise, surprise.

Why not? Just 'cause it's perceived as unfair doesn't mean it's not legal.

isn't the name Black Sabbath just a lift from the Mario Bava movie? Not like any of them created it to begin with, kind of ridiculous.

Does Pete Willis or Paul Dianno have the rights to 50% of Def Leppard or Iron Maiden?
depends on how the legal structure of the band is set up. i've read that Iron Maiden is a dual monarchy of Steve Harris and Rod Smallwood. depends who controls the corporation that is Iron Maiden and if the other members are just paid employees, stock holders or partners if it's set up as a LLP. and the corporate bylaws will spell out what happens if you quit the band or if the other members can buy you out and kick you out, etc.
