Target cancelled mine, anybody else have a good deal?

Yeah, that's always the danger with Target's pre-orders. They apparently don't order enough inventory or maybe never order the inventory, then go into the "delay" game hoping you'll cancel. I'm fairly sure they've designed the system to kill off any pre-orders they're losing money on.

This doesn't have anything to do with re-issues, the opposite, in fact, but I recently lucked into a mint copy of an original vinyl pressing for Murmur, and you don't realize how good these original pressing can sound until, but since they were taken from fresh, brand new tapes, it completely floored me - I'm familiar with the album, but I've never heard it sound this good.

I never recommend Target for that exact reason. They have no qualms canceling pre-orders after the item has already sold out.
