OK, another update. I just read that this version of "Hole to Feed" is NOT the version from the album.
Which is a good thing. I'm listening to it now for the third time. As is, it's one of the worst DM songs ever.

I spent around $65 for the U2 deluxe set.

No, don't. You'll get everything in the deluxe set. Including the album in 5.1. Which you can't get on iTunes. I'm looking forward to that the most.

I am loving Wrong. I know several tracks have leaked, but people said they're really poor quality versions, I'll wait for the HQ versions to listen. I already have new PSB tracks to enjoy and a Prince cd on the horizon, Depeche will have their time :)

Quite liked the feedback from some people on itunes for the Wrong video.
It seems if you have a disturbing video you get marked down! doesn't matter if it's great.

I have only liked a handful or more of their videos. I don't mind disturbing. But that has to be one of the laziest videos I've ever seen. Dave/Mart and Andy are in the video for a whopping 5 seconds. Hell, any fan could have made that, or better. Plus, it reminds me of something Radiohead would have done. So not terribly original. Which is sad, because the song is fantastic.

There's a great demo video of them performing "Come Back" that's been floating around the Internet the past few days. It's really awesome in this demo version, and makes me interested in hearing how the more electronic version will sound. Dave's voice sounds really great.

I got my tickets to the Hollywood Bowl. Never been to that venue before but hope it's good from the second to last section.

But I like it, the whole brief band cameo was genius IMO, as opposed to a standard performance clip where it cuts to clips of Depeche performing the song

Ticketmaster had a presale yesterday morning; I know there were other presales that started on Monday. The best seats I could get were in the second to last section at the ~$55 price, and that was about what I could afford so I was fine with it.

I got fairly good seats on the pre-sale for the D.C. show. I used to go to one of those legal ticket brokers and spend around $275 for a seat in the first three rows. Now, they're asking for $600.00 per seat that close. No way will I drop that kind of money.

How close are you? I guess the benefit of being in the back for a DM concert is that I will get to see all the arms during Personal Jesus and Never Let Me Down.

I'm 10th row center in the section right behind the orchestra. And if I recall correctly, the orchestra section at Nissan Pavillion is about 10 rows. So I'm feeling pretty good about my seats. Look, this is the 15th time I've seen DM in concert. The first was the "Black Celebration" tour in 1986 where I was in the 5th row center. Then I saw the "Music for the Masses" tour three times including the Rose Bowl. So I can't complain. I've been just about everywhere in the venues to see them.

Crap, I hope I'm not stuck all the way in the back. I was about 2/3 of the way back at the Bowl for Bjork and even that felt like a million miles away.

You've got 2 nights to try to get good seats for. There's also Santa Barbara and San Diego.

Daytripper, since it seems like you've been to all their tours. How often have they done a second leg? I know they did one on their last tour.
