Cover Albums?

I just came across Ozzy Osbourne's cover CD, 'Under Cover' and it got me thinking...how many bands have done cover albums?

These are the ones I could think of:

Tesla: Reel to Reel 1 & 2
Queensryche: Take Cover
Ozzy Osbourne: Under Cover
Bruce Springsteen: Seeger Sessions
Great White: Great Zeppelin
Twisted Sister: A Twisted Christmas

Phish used to do 'musical costumes' during Halloween concerts where they covered an album. The ones I remember are 'Remain in Light', 'Quadrophenia', and 'The White Album'. They may have also done a Velvet Underground album. Some have been released on CD, but you can defintiely find bootlegs.

Surprised at the love for GnR Spaghetti.

I used to like this band but just on the Thunders cover of "You Can't Put Your Arms Around a Memory" was enough to make laugh.

you've never heard Enjoy The Silence, Happiness Is A Warm Gun, Heart Of Gold or I'm Not In Love? all four of those songs aren't exactly what I'd call obscure

There is a series of albums called punk goes...
from wikipedia:
Punk Goes... is a series of compilation albums released by Fearless Records in which various rock bands perform covers of songs from other genres or time-periods. The deviations from this theme are Punk Goes Acoustic and Punk Goes Acoustic 2 in which the featured bands recorded acoustic versions of their own songs.

2000 Punk Goes Metal
2002 Punk Goes Pop
2003 Punk Goes Acoustic
2005 Punk Goes 80's
2006 Punk Goes '90s
