I just came across Ozzy Osbourne's cover CD, 'Under Cover' and it got me thinking...how many bands have done cover albums?

Strange Little Girls is a cover album? I like Tori Amos, but I don't recognize any of the titles...

Phish used to do 'musical costumes' during Halloween concerts where they covered an album. The ones I remember are 'Remain in Light', 'Quadrophenia', and 'The White Album'. They may have also done a Velvet Underground album. Some have been released on CD, but you can defintiely find bootlegs.

I used to like this band but just on the Thunders cover of "You Can't Put Your Arms Around a Memory" was enough to make laugh.

An absolute classic by many of the stars of the Paisley Underground, out of print for many, many years.

Skid Row did an EP called B-sides ourselves that was pretty good.
