Did Anyone Get An Imported Version Of Viva La Vida?

The ones that I've' seen on sites are a UK version in a digipak, a Japanese version with a bonus track and a limited first press Japanese edition that comes in a digipak. I'm assuming the other version comes in a jewel case. Did anyone get one of these three versions?

I haven't (I have the LP/CD combo) but I believe the Japanese bonus track is the b-side to the UK Violet Hill single, so if you just want that track on an official cd, you can save a lot of $$$ and buy the Violet Hill UK import
