I'm not complaining, but I've bought 2 of these albums, one for $1.99 and the other for $3.99 and I never got charged for them, I just get a promotions credit, anyone know why?

No, I figured it out. That $50 they gave us for HD players was in my account, but it never asked me if I wanted to use it, but I just checked my balance and it was $6 low. oh well. I was hoping it was your answer Jay.

What do you do when your internet connection fails on song 7 of 16, but it says all the songs were downloaded? I need to re-download.
