Amazon just made it easier for us bargain hunters -- they now have a separate best-seller list for albums $4.99 and under. Looks like they're a bit slow in updating it -- they're still listing Rodrigo y Gabriela and The Cure's Disintegration even though the price has gone up. But I was able to find one bargain that I don't think's been posted yet.
