Help me ID this classical piece

I posted this in the DVD Talk thread about the Justice League DVD. I have heard this song before, but I do not know the title of it and was wondering if anyone can lend a hand. http://home.si.rr.com/jocustoms/music.mp3

Sorry if the quality is a little bad, but it should give you an idea.

I'm usually pretty good at this, but that piece is new to me. Are you sure it is not something new?

No, I've heard it used alot of other times, the only one that strikes my memory is something sports related (like a documentary or a montage).

The only conclusion I can think of is that maybe it is a piece that is sold commercially.

This sounds very similar to "Flight to Neverland" by John Williams originally composed for the Hook soundtrack. My guess is that they changed just enough of it so as not to infringe on any copyrights...

Still on the search for this piece. Does anyone have any classical forums they can point me to?
