Great hard rock running album. the pace of the songs seems to match exactly what you need as well.

Also, 'You Are a Runner and I am My fathers Son" By Wolf Parade. BAM! Beat that appropriateness, everyone.

Y'all are too literal.

The Go! Team's Thunder, Lightning, Strike makes for a good running album.

"Stay With Me" Faces/Rod Stewart
"Start Me Up" Rolling Stones
"But It's All Right" J.J. Jackson
"Seven Nation Army" White Stripes
"Take Me Out" Franz Ferdinand
"You Really Got Me" The Kinks
"Misty Mountain Hop" Led Zeppelin
"I Was Made To Love Her" Stevie Wonder
"Baby, Come Back" The Equals
"Apple, Peaches, Pumpkin Pie" Jay & the Techniques

It's kind of hard to make a running mix for someone else. For me, it's just a bunch of songs that I really like. Doesn't really matter the tempo.
