Alice In Chains / Velvet Revolver tour prices ???

Just heard they were playing here in NY (Jones Beach). I went to buy tickets.....$219, and thats for the shittiest seats available. I've been to Jones many times for concerts and never paid anymore than $50. Anyone know the deal with these ridiculous prices?

Are you serious?! That's ridiculous. They're pretty good, but I don't see how they can suddenly command Rolling Stones-level ticket prices.

Seriously, Where were you trying to buy tickets from? THat is the question..??? Online places like ebay, or places that sell tickets, or places like Ticketmaster.. or were you buying straight from the venue?
