I didn't get a chance to see him at the Fair but he's coming to HOB in October, so I'll catch him there.

Turns out, if you register to weirdal.com, you get special presale tickets for the show, so I ended up with 4th row, center. For around $100 per ticket, you can also get tickets for special seats in front of the first row. Thought about it, but that may be hard on the neck.

Yes, saw him last night. GREAT show! I believe it's the same set list that DJLinus posted. What was funny during the "Albuquerque" encore, during the donut sequence, he must've gone through over 20 different donuts. You think it'll never end... we were rolling.
I was right up front, literally 2 feet from Al. I even got 4 of the Weird Al $100 bills that floated down.

I did see the show at the MN state fair this summer. Same experience as everyone else had. Just a great, great time. My girlfriend and I were at the fair by coincidence and I talked her into getting tickets for the show. I saw him in '96 and had nothing but good memories and I really liked the new album. She may have even liked the show more than I did.
I also couldn't believe they didn't encore with Yoda anymore. I haven't seen Al since before "The Saga Begins" though so I guess it makes sense to pair it up with that. The stormtroopers dancing is just a hilarious site.

I'm sure it isn't a full-on makeup job... probably just a fake cheeks/chin that he throws on with the fat suit. If I recall correctly it was several minutes he was backstage before this song. I saw him in July, so I may not be remembering right... I do recall that it was a spectacular show.

When I last saw him, I had front row tickets (<----nerd), and I could see the gap inbetween the prosthetic fat face and his real one - around his eyes and mouth. Maybe they were just rushed and didn't get it adhered to his face quickly enough.

Yep, it's just from the cheeks on down. I thought it was a pretty good job for being done so quickly. I had a real good look being only a few feet away from him the whole show.
PerryD, thanks for the posting the pics. Even though the quality isn't that great, you had a great location and that makes up for it.
