I picked up the CD/DVD at Best Buy (price matched Target online/amazon @ $19.99). The DVD is well worth the extra money for me. I've spent so much time on it I haven't even listened to the entire CD yet. I saw them play in Fort Worth last October and Tweedy solo in January. The band has really grown (and changed) since I first saw them in the mid 90's. I really enjoy their live performances so maybe thats why I like the DVD so much. I recommend the Sunken Treasure DVD (Tweedy solo in concert) for anyone who enjoys the DVD.

I freakin' love the musical outro for Impossible Germany, it's almost as if the instruments are speaking to one another and to the listener. What other stuff should I track down that sounds something like that?
