They have a huge catalog of songs.

They play very different set lists from night to night.

They play HUGELY different set lists from tour to tour.

Many of the songs have evolved over the years.

Songs like Daughter have different "tags" added into them at different shows.

And most importantly, PJ is the best live rock band ever.

you probably just don't understand the concept of bands playing a different show every night rather than playing the same exact thing over and over and over and over and over and over again..

I guess you're not really passionate about your favourite music's live performance aspect! The whole bootleg trading culture has always been there first of all 'cause fans appreciate how their bands make the effort to make every show a different experience! That's why you don't see people trading for example, Britney Spears concerts, all of them must sound pretty much the same. Also, different concert set lists, specially with cover songs like Pearl Jam tends to do, affects the overall effect the concert creates. What PJ did was make it available with a better sound quality which has always been the drawback for getting non-official live shows. It's not a Pearl Jam fan thing as you seem to suggest, the collecting of live concerts has been around way before Pearl Jam even existed as a band.

None, although I can see the desire to own some. I don't really like Pearl Jam all that much, so I hope other bands follow the precedent.

Anyone know which stores (if any) are carrying the Live at Easy Street EP which comes out the 20th? I see it on Amazon, so if nothing else I'll go that route...

I have the complete Dissident set, Wembley 5.29.00, and Benaroyal Hall.
