After the Storm: A Benefit [prog] Album for the Survivors of Hurricane Katrina

"After the Storm" is an effort by the progressive rock community to do its share to help out the survivors of Hurricane Katrina.

I know there are a handful of prog fans on here so I thought I would pass it along. I stumbled onto it checking out Ayreon's site. All the manufacturing costs have been donated so 100% of the sales of the album go to the victims of Hurricane Katrina.

Album Details

It is a double disc release, with 21 different artists, a lot who have donated rare or unreleased material. This would be a good way to check out many artists you haven't heard before. There are also a handful of established artists taking part like Kansas, Flower Kings, Neal Morse, Arjen Luccassen, & Spock's Beard. It also features a New Orleans based prog group, Woodenhead.

It isn't currently available to order, but should be soon.
