Ballbreaker is the only AC/DC album since Black in Black I don't own. That is by design

Rock-N_Roll Train is pretty good. I'll have to keep an eye out for the release. As someone mention on their MySpace, Brian's voice sounds good. Maybe the time off did him some good.

Was I the only one less than impressed with the song? Seemed like a slowed down, less interesting version of Highway To Hell. Maybe it will grow on me.

Brian Johnson does sound better than he's sounded since at least Fly on the Wall.

The song? It's OK. It's a clear improvement over the stuff from Stiff Upper Lip, but a far cry from the material on Back in Black or Highway to Hell.

I'm with Naughty! Pretty damn good song, it's very catchy which i like, hope the rest or at least most of "Black Ice" is as good, so can't wait to get it on 10/20.

The hook is weak. The rest of the song is good, though.

I'm with both you guys.
Caught it on the radio over the weekend in my car and it was the first time I was really able to crank it up.I thought it sounded great!
Great riff and solo.Brian sounded better than I thought he would over the years and they stuck to their signature chord progression of A,C,D and back to the C.If this is the single they are pushing then I think we are in for a great album.

Rock & Roll Train has been playing a lot before commercial breaks during football games the last few days.

My understanding is that AC/DC has already collected all the money they will get from Walmart for the cd. Any purchasing of the music, no matter what the source, is money for Walmart (unless sales exceed 3 million albums).

Couldn't sleep at all after seeing those dates! I already had a trip planned for Denver that week and I won't have to take a day off work for the LA show.

Hopefully they'll do Las Vegas & San Diego later on in the tour...

HELL YEAH! I've only seen them three times in my whole life ('86, '89? and 2000) and the best was 2000. Who knows when the next album/tour will be after this, so I'm going to enjoy it as much as I can while they're still touring.

What

The

FUCK!

Why do all these great bands keep playing at the forum? Why would anyone choose to play at that piece of shit venue? God damn it. I've passed on Iron Maiden, Nine Inch Nails, and now AC/DC because they chose the forum. I simply won't go there.

Lets see now:
Oakland is 8 hours away
Tacoma is 5 hours away
Seattle is 6 hours away
Vancouver, BC is 9 hours away

I wish they were coming to Portland. Now to determine which venue (and commute) is worth the effort to score tickets. decisions, decisions...

Take the trip here. It's on a Friday night and you could make a weekend of it.
Should be a great one as they recorded it here.

Why not do the Tacoma show and while you're at it, stay for the Seattle show? That would maximize the value you get for driving all that way.

Maybe you should skip on AC/DC this year?

Not sure if it was brought up before, but XM added an AC/DC channel (AC/DC Radio - Channel 53). It went up yesterday. Much like the Zeppelin channel, they play interview clips between songs. Hopefully, like the Zeppelin channel, they will play rare songs or live shows!

Sorry if this was mentioned before.
