DVD Talk Hall of Fame
I just wanted to let everyone know our first compilation was done yesterday. guess that Coldplay was the most commonly played band this week -- seven of us listened to them. The most commonly played song was also by Coldplay, the song White Shadows.
Hopefully more people will want to sign up on the DVDTalk group.

I've got to say that it's cool to see our shared tastes broken down by numbers. This is the evolution of "Today's CDs," I tell ya!

Other DVDTalkers should feel free to sign up on this thing. It's very easy to do and really interesting to get both your own databased music habits and how those match up with others. If you use a MP3 player, you ought to do this!

And it's not just for those who play MP3s. I'm one of the types of people that doesn't have a large database of music files on his computer. Instead, I play a bunch of CDs through Winamp, which constitutes the bulk of my Audioscrobbler playlist.
So, really, there's no excuse.

So what does everyone think of the redesign? The colors aren't bad (even if they do remind me of Target) and the new features are nice (extended charts). I'm not a fan of all of the scrolling it takes to see all of your info now. But that's a bit of a nitpick. Like all redesigns, it's going to take some getting used to.

I've been using Audio Scrobbler since December so I was really used to the original layout of member profiles .. currently I like the original design better, but the new design isn't so bad, it will just take a while to get used to

^ Nice list man.
That new Dangerdoom album is tight, I've been bumpin it a lot lately too. Also good to see some Pete Rock up there. I saw Pete Rock live, he was a guest at Cormega's show in February, it was sick to see him live. I'll never stop bumpin that track T.R.O.Y., classic material right there

Here's mine.
I don't listen to songs on the computer [on iTunes] that much...and I know that it [iTunes] keeps track of how many times you've listened to a particular song. Does the iPod do that too?
