1,2,3,14 - Vertigo sucks [IMNSHO]

I thought it was their 14th full-length 'studio' album. Can any U2 afficionados post their complete discography so we can fully understand the depth of the argument. I mean, really, what else are we going to do all day?

It's their 11th, and that's if you are counting Rattle And Hum, which I do.

1980 Boy
1981 October
1983 War
1983 Under a Blood Red Sky
1984 The Unforgettable Fire
1985 Wide Awake in America [EP, doesn't count]
1987 The Joshua Tree
1988 Rattle and Hum
1991 Achtung Baby
1993 Zooropa
1995 Melon [Fan Club Only Release, doesn't count]
1995 Original Soundtracks No. 1 [Passengers, not released as a U2 title, doesn't count]
1997 Pop
1998 The Best of 1980 - 1990 & B-Sides
2000 Hasta La Vista Baby! [Fan Club Only Release, doesn't count]
2000 All That You Can't Leave Behind
2002 The Best of 1990 - 2000 & B Sides
2004 How to Dismantle an Atomic Bomb
I don't think counting the Greatest Hits makes sense, but if you follow the logic above, it comes out to 14. More head-scratching will ensue, I'm sure.

But I still don't buy that's what Bono meant. I figure he just thought it sounded cool.

LOL - I knew there'd be backlash
I do like U2, quite a bit actually. I do only have both GH albums however, but I think of them as a seminal, groundbreaking band. This song sucks. I just hope that people aren't being fanboys about them and refusing to admit the obvious - that this song blows (and the iPod spot is worse). I am an enormous fan of the Smashing Pumpkins, and I can say without a doubt that Disarm sucks.

... so your defense of your views, given a second chance, falls back on using the word "sucks" a couple more times. Erudite and insightful to the max. Why engage in dialogue when the word "suck" says it all? Sir, dare I say -- your critical thinking and explanation skills --- suck?
