Saw it on MTV, and figured it was a woman shaking her breasts around.

Then it occurred to me that it could be about blowjobs or handjobs.

So what is it?

I have not heard the song, besides the intro, but I heard that a milkshake is the aftermath of sex, the sex soup if you will, vaginal gunch, but I am not 100% this is just what I have heard.

when that song was popular i was too naive to even know what Prince was talking about in it.
