Top 5 Alice in Chains songs?
AIC was and still is one of my favorite bands. Their music and lyrics are so raw and I totally feel their music. I know there must be a lot of other people here who like them, so go ahead and list your top 5 Alice in Chains songs. Mine are:
-Would?
-Down in a Hole
-Grind
-Rooster
-Man in the Box

I love ALL of alice in chains songs. These guys were as much a part of my young life as my own family to me.

Ah, I still love AIC, too. Dirt is one of my "If You Could Only Have 3 CD's On A Deserted Island" choices.
No order:
1. Hate to Feel -> Angry Chair -> Would? (I always play these three together, no matter what)
2. What the Hell Have I
3. Got Me Wrong
4. Nutshell
5. Them Bones
Amazing band...

My kind of thread!
It's good to see some fellow AIC fans. All the people I know have heard of them, but don't listen to them. I thought I was the only AIC fan left.
1. Sea of Sorrow
2. Down in a Hole
3. Would?
4. Dirt
5. Nutshell

No way man. There are still a bunch of us around. I'm just glad I got to see them live once. I saw them open for Ozzy when the bands were promoting No More Tears and Dirt. It was a great show! Layne was in a wheelchair due to a broken foot (leg?), but he still rocked. He even stood up to sing several songs. A night I'll never forget.

Right Turn
Am I Inside
Rain When I Die
Nutshell

I thought it was very good. His voice actually sounds similar to Layne Staley's.

Jerry Cantrell's solo releases are both spectacular. I like Boggy Depot a little bit more than Degradation Trip : Volumes 1&2, but Degradation Trip sounds ALOT like what I think AIC would make if they made some more albums after 1995.
