Tesla - Five Man Acoustical Jam "The concert that inspired Mtv's Unplugged" or so the sticker on the front of the cd says. Great disc.
Anyway, a couple of years ago I pieced together a 2 disc acoustic set, disc 1 was a studio set, disc 2 live setting. Since you are listing a lot of the same bands here is my set:
disc 1
Cumbersome - 7 Mary 3
Elderly Woman Behind... - Pearl Jam
Shine - Collective Soul
Plush - STP
Disarm - Smashing Pumpkins
Never There - Cake
My Own Prison - Creed
Tomorrow - Silverchair
Shelf in the Room - Days of the New
*Don't Speak - No Doubt (beautiful, you can hear the rawness in Gwen's voice)
*Cover Me - Candlebox
My Favorite Mistake - Sheryl Crow
Don't Fear the Reaper - Gus (from the Scream sdtk)
Glycerine - bush
Buddy Holly - Weezer
Spoonman - Soundgarden
Pink - Aerosmith
Kryptonite - 3 Doors Down
You Shook Me - AC/DC (poor quality, but definitly interesting)
Under the Bridge - Red Hot Chili Peppers
disc 2
Got Me Wrong - AIC
Pour Some Sugar on Me - Def Leppard
Domino - Kiss
*Water's Edge - 7 Mary 3 (slowed tempo, love this one!)
Gettin' Better - Tesla
Lake of Fire - Nirvana
*Nothing Else Matters - Metallica (w/Chris Isaac backup vocals!)
Knockin' On Heaven's Door - G 'n R
*Yellow Ledbetter - Pearl Jam
Strong Enough - Sheryl Crow
Silent Lucidity - Queensryche
*Hotel California - Eagles
Are You Gonna Go My Way - Lenny Kravitz (slowed down to a blues tempo, cool)
Tears in Heaven - Eric Clapton
Never Say Goodbye - Bon Jovi
Walkin on the Sun - Smash Mouth
Killing in the Name of - Rage Against the Machine (yep, acoustic Rage!)
*highlights
All of these were easily found online(the exception being Metallica, I have an entire acoustic radio broadcast of theirs featuring guests from other bands including Chris Isaac, Jerry Cantrell, John Popper[playing harmonica of course] and more).
Anyway, I ended up having to make a half dozen copies for people at work that liked it. And to avoid potential downloading is wrong posts, I own multiple albums from every artist I used, these songs(or versions, shall we say) will most likely never see the light of day. Anyway. Hope this helps out.
Oh and I believe both discs were 79:59 minutes long. I edited a few to make them fit. (i.e. the long pauses at the beginning or end of a track) So a total of 37 acoustic songs on 2 cds.

if you can find Living Colour's Dread or 4 Never Satisfied Friends (check imp. bins), there are 6 acoustic gems recorded during a radio broadcast in Holland. Nothingness & Open Letter To A Landlord sound amazing!
Off topic: According to LivingColourNet.com their fourth studio album, first since re-uniting, will hit Sept. 22! i, for one, cannot wait!
