Even though I like them...Minor Threat. Seriously. They could have cut off Complete Discography after the first 5 tracks and you would get the idea.
I'll second The Ramones, as well. But I don't like them.

AC/DC even says that about themselves.
Somewhere, on the radio, in the last couple of days, I heard someone saying that about AC/DC, then doing a parody of them singing Hokey Pokey and making it rock. It was pretty funny.
I also think, overall (with some exceptions), the Rolling Stones songs sound pretty much the same.

Fischerspooner.
It's sleazy Eurotrash influenced dance music, but it's oh so good in a guilty pleasure sort of way. And it all sounds the same.
Their music is featured in the new Hummer H2 commercial with the Hummer driving through the snow.

Live. All their songs follow the same formula: softly sung lyrics LOUD CHORUS softly sung lyrics LOUD CHORUS softly sung lyrics
rinse, repeat. I like them enough, but man, it gets old after a while.

AC/DC they don't change because they've found the "key" that works for them time and time again.
I think Lead singer Brian Johnson from a recent knac.com interview sums it up(although it's not so much about the music...)
"...I'm not trying to pretend that we do anything better than that. It's exactly the same. I remember in the mid to late '80s, one of our record company guys came to us and said we were going to have to change . Everybody has got these lovely leather coats on... I'm not going to tell you what we said to them, but what's that got to do with music? Jackyl are the same. They're just good boys that play good music."

He replied, "Well they're wrong aren't they? It's 15!"
You gotta love the man for that classic reply!

I disagree about Iggy. He has many different styles if you take his whole career into account. In fact you don't even have to do that. Take "Brick By Brick" for example. "Home", "Candy", and "P*ssy Power" are all pretty different. Of course YMMV and all that.
My vote would be for Filter. Every song is a different version of "Hey Man, Nice Shot"

Tool's sound has changed drastically from album to album. Compare "Jerk Off" to "Schism" and you'll have an idea of how much they've changed over the years.
Most of Orchid's music sounds pretty much the same, but it sounds good.
Most of the pop-punk groups are interchangeable.

Perhaps they've been gone too long for people to remember them, but for me, the poster children for this was a band called Boston.
1st album - hit
Rerelease 1st album with different titles - smaller hit
Wait 12 years, repeat process - still smaller hit.
Bad Company may have been the first to perfect this system though.
