I don't think that's what Wildcat is thinking of. "Simon Says" samples music from a Godzilla movie. In fact, the sample wasn't cleared and the Godzilla people won a suit against his label. In addition to damages, I think they also got the label to remove "Simon Says" from future pressings. But I digress...
