The Nickelback Tour!!!!!
Well this Saturday night, I'm going to see Nickelback in concert with my best friend at SPAC in Saratoga Springs, N.Y. The special guest will Jerry Cantrell. I'm looking forward to seeing Jerry Cantrell more than Nickelback. Jerry Cantrell had been one of my favorite musicians for a long time ever since he was in Alice In Chains. It's going to be a thrill to see the former Alice N' Chains guitarist live on stage.
Nickelback is a pretty good band, I enjoy their stuff a lot but I feel they are a bit overhyped. This explains why I look forward to seeing Jerry Cantrel more. But I think the show is going to be good.
On Sunday, the day after the concert look for my full detailed review of the show.

I wish I had gotten tickets to that show at SPAC, I want to see Jerry so much. I enjoy Nickelback but have no interest in seeing them live.
Have fun!

although if you don't like their music, that won't help much, but if you do, they will blow you away

I'd really like to see Jerry Cantrell. I've already saw Nickleback in San Antonio before they got big. They put on a good show and even did a meet and greet after their set to sign autographs and such.

I was underwhelmed by what I saw of the Nickleback free show here in Atlanta, but I am not really a fan. It just seemed fairly unexciting, though.
Jerry was the reason I was down there, and he did a great job as expected. Some of the new songs were really cool.

Nickelback pelted by rocks at show
By JAM! Music
It's too bad Nickelback's huge success hasn't carried over to Portugal.
The Vancouver-based rockers quit two songs into their set at a music festival in Portugal on Monday (Aug. 19) after being pelted by rocks and bottles.
Video footage from Portuguese television shows frontman Chad Kroeger being showered by a water bottle, and immediately asking the crowd afterwards: "Are there any Nickelback fans in Portugal?"
After the audience lets out a dull roar, Kroeger asks "Are you sure?"
"It's up to you, do you want to hear some rock n' roll or do you want to go home?"
The response was a rock thrown into the back of Kroeger's head. The band left the stage, but not before Kroeger and drummer Ryan Vikedal gave the middle finger salute to the crowd. Kroeger appeared to be unhurt from the incident.
